Daryl Thiesen chosen for ethics award

Congratulations to Daryl Thiesen who has been chosen as one of three recipients of the 2019 CSUB Kegley Institute of Ethics Wendy Wayne Ethics Award. Daryl has served the students, teachers and families of Kern County as the Prevention Programs Coordinator for the past 22 years at the Kern County Superintendent of Schools office. He has been instrumental in coordinating the office’s social-emotional learning, restorative practices, substance use prevention and truancy reduction programs.
