A Hidden Hero – Patrick Moore

Patrick Moore, an education associate in KCSOS’s Alternative Education program, has been named a 2018 Bakersfield Hidden Hero. The recognition took place at the Good Neighbor Festival, a local event that annually highlights positive events, activities, resources and people who live, work and play in Southeast Bakersfield. Patrick received the honor for his ongoing involvement and contributions, which has made a positive impact on the Southeast community. Patrick has the unique ability to be a mentor, coach, stand-in parent disciplinarian, and friend all at the same time while always wearing his trademark smile.
