Communication Services

The Communications Department links KCSOS with internal and external audiences, informing schools, districts, and the public about KCSOS’s programs, services, and educational opportunities. It issues news releases, publications, and assists the media with information on public education in Kern County. The department also supports local districts with communications, including copywriting, crisis communication, branding, and social media strategies.
