The Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra, in partnership with the Kern County Superintendent of Schools office, provides concerts for the youth of our community to support the music programs within the city school districts. Around 12,000 children attend the three concerts providing an excellent insight into the the world of symphony. The concerts are held at Rabobank Convention Center at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m., with each performance lasting 45 minutes. Contact the Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra office for costs 323-7928.
