3. What do I do if the online AP Batch Submission form is down or unavailable?

First, try reloading the web page after waiting just a short while, if it is still inaccessible you can send an Email to our District AP Auditing Team (B-Warrants@kern.org). They will help you to determine if the issue is with the KCSOS system or not, and if so, they’ll advise you on options to submit your AP Batch at that time.
