Violetamarysol “Tita” Morales – Student Champion

Violetamarysol “Tita” Morales is currently a senior at Valley Oaks Charter School. She was appointed at the Student Champion representative to the Board of Education in August 2024.

Ms. Morales serves as Associated Student Body President (ASB) and a Rising Star student at Valley Oaks Charter High School. Her passion is the arts and serving in leadership positions to improve the quality of life in her community and school. Ms. Morales is the owner of a small business – T’s & Y’s Bakery, which specializes in baking vintage and “copy and paste” style cakes and she helps manage her parents’ catering company.

Ms. Morales will provide a student perspective to the work of the KCBOE.
