The Systems of Support department provides comprehensive educational services across various programs, including The Learning Network (Management Analysts), College and Career Programs, Kern Regional K16 Education Collaborative, State Geographic Lead - Valley to Coast Collaborative, 21st Century California School Leadership Academy (21CSLA), Kern Education Pledge, and Charter Support, ensuring success for students, educational leaders, and our community.

Valley to Coast Collaborative

Valley to Coast Collaborative (VALCO) is a Geographic Area within the System of Support, consisting of the County Offices of Education of Kern, Fresno, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.

California School Leadership Academy

The 21st Century California School Leadership Academy (21CSLA) provides high quality, equity-centered professional learning for educational leaders of schools and districts in California that receive Title II funds.

K-16 Regional Collaborative

Kern’s Regional K16 Education Collaborative seeks to prepare our students for the global economy by dismantling long-standing social and economic inequities in our communities.
