The School and District Leadership team partners with Kern County schools and districts to provide strategic guidance, resources, and collaborative support. We help leaders meet state and federal requirements, navigate California’s state system of support, and foster continuous improvement. Through this work, we advance the KCSOS mission by prioritizing student outcomes, uplifting educators, and building strong partnerships across our community.
