CYBHI Fee Schedule

Implementation Support

Through the Capacity Grant Countywide Consortium, our KCSOS team provides technical assistance, implementation support, and practical resources to help LEAs move from planning to successfully submitting claims through the Fee Schedule.

What Is the CYBHI Fee Schedule?

The CYBHI School-Linked Multi-Payer Fee Schedule, administered by the California Department of Health Care Services, helps local educational agencies establish sustainable reimbursement for eligible school-based behavioral health services.

Introducing EduClaim

Piloting This Fall

EduClaim is a billing platform created by the KCSOS KiDS team specifically for schools, using the data infrastructure Kern districts already share through KiDS.

  • No cost to LEAs while grant funding remains available through June 2028.
  • Future costs will be kept as low as possible while maintaining operating expenses.
