2021-2022 LCAP Development Series

• LCAP Development Series Session 1: This session focuses on the Annual Update to the 2019-20 LCAP and 2020-21 LCP and the Stakeholder Engagement section of the LCAP.
• LCAP Development Series Session 2: This session focuses on the Plan Summary, Goals and Actions, and Measuring and Reporting Results of the LCAP.
• LCAP Development Series Session 3: This session focuses on the Increased or Improved Services section of the LCAP, the LCAP Expenditure Tables, Budget Overview for Parents, and opportunities for braiding federal funds with LCFF funds to implement LCAP goals and actions.

School Plan Template (SPSA – The SPSA consolidates all school-level planning efforts into one plan for programs funded through the consolidated application (ConApp), and for federal school improvement programs, including schoolwide programs, Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI), Targeted Support and Improvement (TSI), and Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI).
