Safe Schools

KCSOS provides resources, technical assistance, and specialized training to school district staff on a spectrum of safety issues. Topics range from disaster preparedness, violence prevention, gang prevention and intervention, bullying prevention, comprehensive school safety planning, threat assessment, active shooter/ intruder response, and child abuse prevention.These trainings are designed to assist school districts in developing and supporting their Comprehensive School Safety Plans.
