Capacity Grant Countywide Consortium
All other LEAs are supported by our KCSOS Capacity Grant team to prepare for billing with the Fee Schedule. We are here to provide assistance and guidance in the following ways:
Personalized support and technical assistance from KCSOS for all questions, concerns, and wonders regarding the Fee Schedule. We are here to guide you through this process.

- EHR and Billing System: KCSOS is building EDU Claim, a new EHR and billing system for the Fee Schedule and LEA BOP scheduled to launch in 2026. Once the platform is ready all consortium LEAs will have access to EduClaim at the lowest costs possible
- Administrative Support: A Medi-Cal Administrative Activities Account Technician will help districts enroll in the Fee Schedule for upcoming cohorts and support you throughout the process.

- HIPAA Training: Online HIPAA training will be provided at no cost for Fee Schedule eligible practitioners and administrators in districts enrolled in a Fee Schedule Cohort.

- Medi-Cal Navigator: A Medi-Cal Navigator is available to assist families with applications, renewals, and support.

- Calming Corner Kit Distribution: All schools are receiving Calming Corner Kits with sensory and calming tools in phases (see attached photo), February 2025-Spring 2026.
