QCC Printing Issues

  1. We’re having trouble printing with a new HP printer, what should we do?

  2. HP no longer provides PCL5 drivers with their printers by default; they only provide PCL6 drivers. If your printer driver is PCL6 you will not be able to print from the QCC ‘Printer Manager’ module. To remediate this issue, you will need to download and install a PCL 5 version of the Driver. HP may provide this driver for certain models. However, in some cases you may need to use the ‘Windows Update’ catalog / feature from within the Windows printer driver install screen.
