KCSOS Strategic Planning 2012-2015
The 2012-2015 KCSOS Strategic Planning process is intended to assist KCSOS Divisions / Departments / Programs in developing short-term action plans and focus areas, which compliment longer-term goals and strategies aimed at meeting our responsibilities to funders and key stakeholders. The overall KCSOS 2012-2015 Strategic Plan will be built upon Division and Program-specific action plans, the KCSOS mission statement and core values and goals.
