Bakersfield High wins Academic Decathlon
Bakersfield High School received the Claude W. Richardson perpetual trophy as the overall team winner of the 32nd annual Kern County Academic Decathlon held Feb. 4 on the East Bakersfield High School campus. Approximately 200 students from 19 high schools participated. The theme for the event nationwide was “The Age of Empire.”
