Math workshop for child care providers
Continuing its series for infant and pre-school child care providers, Community Connection for Child Care (CCCC) presents a free Learning Environments Workshop titled “Math,” Nov. 30 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Room A, CCCC, 2000 24th Street in Bakersfield. Registration which begins Nov. 16 is required and can be made by calling (661) 861-5330.
Trainer for the session will be Early Childhood Education Teacher Kimberly Dominguez from the Kern County Superintendent of Schools Office. The goal of each of the workshops is to show participants how a well-planned environment can help children discover and develop their senses, imagination, problem solving skills and more. Certificates of Completion are provided after each session.
A future Learning Environments Workshops will deal with Science on Dec. 7.
